1. What products does Cropper offer ?
Cropper specializes in growing supplies. Our range includes grow tents, ventilation systems, nutrients, growing media, lighting solutions and other growing-related supplies. We strive to offer a comprehensive selection so that you can find everything you need to grow your plants efficiently and successfully.

2. What is the same-day HotDrop delivery for the SME region?

This delivery is designed for customers who want to pay in cash or want the products on the same day. Place an order in the online store and select Local delivery as the delivery method. You will not be charged in the online store. Payment is made upon delivery of the order by cash or card. We will contact you to agree on a delivery time! The delivery price is 20.00€ for orders worth 50.00€-300.00€. For orders over 300.00€ we offer HotDrop delivery free of charge! The service is available from 09:00 to 21:00 every day!


3. How do I order products from our online store?
You can easily order our products by adding the desired products to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Select your payment method and delivery option, fill in the required information, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been received.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Crypto.com. All payment methods are secure and encrypted. Cash on delivery or HotDrop delivery are also available.

5. How are the products delivered and how long does delivery take ?
We deliver products using reliable shipping services. Delivery time depends on stock availability and delivery location, but orders usually arrive within 1–4 business days of order confirmation. We deliver products throughout Finland. We do not currently ship internationally.

6. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking code in your email when your shipment has been delivered, which you can use to track the progress of your package on the shipping company's website. If you have any questions about the delivery, you can contact our customer service.

7. What do I do if the product is damaged during delivery?
If you notice that the product is damaged or incomplete when you receive the package, please contact us immediately by email at asiakaspalvelut@cropper.fi . We will try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

8. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we have a 14-day return policy for unused and original packaging products in our online store. If you would like to make a return, please contact our customer service for more detailed instructions. Please note that return costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Does Cropper have a price guarantee?
We strive to offer the lowest prices for growing supplies in Finland. If you find the same product cheaper in another Finnish online store, please contact us and we will check our prices and offer you the best possible deal.

10. What do I do if I can't find the product I'm looking for?
If you can't find the product you need in our online store, you can always contact our customer service. We are constantly striving to expand our product range and are happy to help you find solutions that suit your needs.
